"I enjoy using what I affectionately call "FOG wood" (found on the ground), which encompasses fallen timber, storm-damaged trees, and other natural debris that might otherwise end up as fire wood. The true joy in my work lies in the creative process. I strive to uncover and celebrate the unique character, intricate grain patterns inherent in every single piece of wood. By highlighting these features, I transform raw, discarded material into a functional object."
